Ten, Nine, Eight

Ten, Nine, EightTen, Nine, Eight
by Molly Bang

This is a sweet little counting book about a young girl getting ready for bed...from "10 small toes all washed and warm" all the way to "1 big girl all ready for bed." My kids and I enjoyed reading this book!

Snug in Mama's Arms

Snug in Mama's Arms
by Angela Shelf Medearis
Illustrated by John Sandford

This is such a little precious book. A little girl and her mommy go through their bedtime routine. The poetic rhymes not only takes you through tucking in the little girl's toys, but you also see wonderful illustrations as the story documents the moon and the animals drifting off to sleep. The only drawback to this story is that my daughter wanted to sleep "snug in mama's arms" that night too!

Peekaboo Bedtime

by Rachel Isadora

This book is about a little boy playing peekaboo as he gets ready for bedtime. My kids really enjoyed playing peekaboo right along with the little boy by looking at clues on the pages and trying to guess what was next.
